A high-tech system generates addictive dreams that shut down their sense of reality. To make matters worse, a media mogul is pushing politics to enforce this cycle permanently. As the trio’s revolution shows promise, they soon realize that breaking free from this cycle can trap them in cycles of their own. Structured as a large-scale TikTok, New Cibao is a Dominican psychological thriller where the ending loops to the beginning.
